The Shore Group was founded on the idea that there was a better way to provide recruitment services to the construction industry. Since day 1, we’ve placed a huge emphasis on our values and culture, creating an organisation that continually strives to improve and deliver ever more.
More recently our values have been bolstered by our brand ideal; ensuring we deliver more for our clients, our workers, our team and the communities we serve. This provides us with a powerful compass that guides our actions and decision-making.
Founder, Lewis Yorke-Johnson says:
My vision for the Shore Group Brand Ideal came from analysing the best businesses in the world and how they operate. And the common theme I saw is that they do good. If you do good, you win - it's a good mantra for life and I believe a good one for business too.
When we founded in 2008, James and I wanted to create a special place to work that delivered exceptional results for clients. I’m proud of what we’ve achieved so far and excited by our future plans. We will continue to grow and innovate because of our values and brand ideal – not despite it.
